We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 2 days of receiving your product.

Conditions:

1. Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
2. Return request must be placed within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
4. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

· Go to "My Orders" in your account.
· Select the item and choose "Return" or "Exchange".
· Follow the instructions to generate a return label (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items:

· Personalized/customized products.
· Intimate wear, cosmetics, and perishable goods.
